How I use information

Consultation requests are not a clinical channel
The website form is intended only for a brief introduction or consultation request. Please do not submit medical information, diagnoses, detailed clinical history, insurance identification numbers, or urgent concerns. Sending a request does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Consultation requests and confirmation messages are transmitted using website hosting and email-delivery providers that process information on my behalf. Email and ordinary website forms have security limitations, so confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. I disclose information when needed to operate these services, comply with law, protect safety, or enforce my rights.
Retention and security
I keep website inquiries only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. I use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure.

You may contact me to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information submitted through this website, subject to legal and record- keeping requirements. You may also contact me directly instead of using the form.
